Are babies allowed in the venue?

Yes. No ticket needs to be purchased if the child can sit on a lap.

Is there guidance on minimum age?

Our concert is suitable for all ages.

Is the venue accessible?

St Andrew's and St George's West is completely accessible with level access throughout. There is also a disabled toilet.

Are seats reserved?

Seats are unreserved, on a first come first served basis.

What time does the auditorium open?

The house will open half an hour before the performance, at 1.30pm or 6.30pm. Latecomers will be seated where appropriate.

What counts as a child?

Anyone aged under 16 is eligible for a child ticket, priced just £5. Any child who is small enough to comfortably sit on their guardian's lap is permitted free of charge. Any carer attending with someone can attend free of charge. Please contact us for further information.
