We are delighted to share our August 2023 Fringe show is The Addams Family - A New Musical.
Featuring all the kooky-spooky characters you know and love, see The Addams Family in a way you never have before.
Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family– a man her parents have never met. And if that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before– keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.
Join us at our new venue in Broughton High School between the 5 - 12 August, with a mix of day and evening performances to suit all the family (except under 8s who we think might want to sit this one out). The show is directed by Lewis C. Baird, supported by vocal coach Erin Munro and choreographed by Taylor Doig and Debs Anderson. With a creative team like that, this show is not to be missed!

Become an Addams
Fancy being part of our Family? We are looking for two incredible casts to join us for our Fringe production of The Addams Family.
If you are aged between 10 - 18, have a love of performing and want to be part of the biggest arts festival in the world, then apply to be an Addams.
Auditions will take place at our home at Madelvic House on the 15 & 16 April, with rehearsals planned for Friday evenings and Sunday afternoons.
